The Black Swan Inn is an elegant but warm 1880 Victorian home. The former
Peabody-Brown Estate is located on 4 acres overlooking the Winnipesaukee River, with formal gardens for the guests to enjoy. 

Beautiful stained glass windows with mahogany, walnut and oak paneling throughout. Guests are welcome to sit in the living room and enjoy the fire, or use the music room which has TV/VCR. There are large porches and on the 1st floor is a refrigerator with sodas and goodies. 

Well appointed and comfortable guest rooms with private and semi-private baths. Two suites available in the Carriage House. 

Groups events are available, up to 70 inside and unlimited guests outside. Walking Distance to the Tilton School.
