   About Us

We welcome you to an elegant but warm 1880 Victorian. The former Peabody-Brown estate, located two miles west of the Lakes Region Factory Outlet Stores on Routes 3 and 11, has acres of lawns and formal gardens overlooking the Winnipesaukee River. Comfortable guest rooms with private and semi-private baths. Guests are most welcome to use the living room, music room with baby grand, large porches or guest refrigerator and TV. Full breakfast is served in an elegant oak paneled dining room. All credit cards accepted. Three diamond AAA rating. We are open all year.
